How long will it take to get my photos back? How will I receive my photos?

All photos are expected to be delivered within 2 weeks from your session date! You’ll receive an email with a link to your gallery where you can download your images directly to your phone or computer.

What location will the sessions be done at?

Sunlight Studios - 650 Center Ave, West View PA

Will you offer other dates for mini sessions?

If there is enough interest, a winter date will be opened for a second round of mini sessions. Fill out the contact form and note that you’re interested in a second mini session date and you’ll be added to my email list for when scheduling opens up!

Can I buy a session as a gift for someone else? 

Yes, but please reach out via the contact form to confirm before booking for a friend. 

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes - you are welcome to bring a friend or partner for support and encouragement during your session! However, please leave pets at home to avoid allergy conflicts.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

If you need to reschedule for another time on the same day and there is a time slot available, we can move you to the available time slot. If you are unable to make it on your scheduled session date, you have 6 months to redeem your mini session within my available dates. This may involve meeting at a different studio.

Do I have full rights to the photos?

You will have full personal use rights, however copyright will remain with Sara Lynn Studio. This means you will be able to use the photos however you want for personal use - print, social media, etc. Selling the photos is not allowed, and any submissions to contests or publications will need written consent from myself.

Can I choose what color photos I want for the colored photo background? How are projector images chosen?

This is a collaboration, so we will choose together to ensure the photos are uniquely “you”. You can choose colors for the Color set, and we’ll work together to choose photos for the Projector set based on the vibes you want for your session!

Does it matter what outfit I wear? Can I bring more than 1 outfit?

You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in and up to 2 outfits for your session. Anything from business casual to festival wear and everything in between is welcome! The goal is for this session to reflect “you”, so get creative and have fun with it! 

Can I bring props?

Props are not only welcome but encouraged! Books? Sports gear? Accessories? You name it! However, pets and open containers of alcohol are not welcome for liability reasons. If you have ideas you aren’t sure about, we can discuss them together before your session.

How else can I prepare for my session?

If there’s music you love that will help you relax, feel free to have a playlist ready to plug in for your session! Otherwise, communication is the best way to prepare. I’m happy to touch base to discuss backdrops, outfits, etc in advance to help make the most of your session!

Can I print the photos myself?
